This event was held on 28 November 2020 to gather participants of IRC to discuss their progress using qualitative approach.
Dr. Aji Dedi Mulawarman, Dr. Ari Kamayanti, Dr. Novrida Q. Lutfillah, Dr. Pallavi Pathak, and Dr. Amitabh Pandey joined the discussion session together with participants from India and Indonesia who have chosen qualitative approach for their research.
Ms. Aankhi, Mr. Kartikey, and Ms. Qimyatussa’adah, a cross-nation team, presented an outstanding results finding. They conducted interviews and probed into social media that highlight the roles of youth in driving peace for the world. Other teams chimed in to the discussions narrating their progress.
The participants are asked to submit their first draft of article by following IMRAD structure (Introduction, Method, Results, and Discussion) on 31 December 2020.
Overall, it was a heart-touching discussion. It is hoped that as soon as all the research will be compiled from all groups, a holistic view on how the youths see religious conflicts, racialism and peace will be gained. The conference of IRC results will be held next year.
The working progress discussion on quantitative analysis for IRC will soon be set at a later date.
